Beliefs

Miracle Rankin is running for the Georgia Supreme Court because she believes the law should serve people with fairness, dignity, and integrity. She will always respect the Constitution, the law, and legal precedent, and she believes Georgians deserve judges who understand the real-world impact courts have on families, communities, and fundamental rights.

Equal Justice, For All

I believe Georgia’s courts should work for everyone, not just the powerful. Every person who comes before the court deserves fairness, dignity, and equal justice under the law. That commitment is grounded in the rule of law itself: courts must apply the law impartially, respect precedent, and ensure that justice does not depend on wealth, status, or influence.

Crime

Safe Communities and Fair Courts

I believe in public safety, accountability, and equal justice under the law. Georgia deserves a Supreme Court that protects communities, respects victims, and applies the law fairly to everyone. Our Constitution and legal tradition require both: meaningful accountability and faithful protection of due process, fairness, and the rights that preserve public trust in the courts.

Healthcare

Justice for Patients and Families

I believe that all Georgians should have access to essential healthcare that is provided safely with dignity and accountability. My experience representing injured people has shown me how much is at stake when Georgians turn to the courts for fairness. Constitutional protections, statutory law, and precedent help ensure that courts remain places where people can seek accountability and be heard.

Abortion

Privacy, Dignity, and Freedom

I believe that pregnancy, privacy, and bodily autonomy involve some of the most personal decisions a person can face. Questions like these must be approached with care, independence, and a deep respect for the Constitution. They involve core principles of liberty, privacy, and due process, and must be addressed with the seriousness and discipline our Constitution requires.
